If you stay in the campground you can cook out, but there is no beach.
No beach area you can cookout. You may want to check out Floating Mills. It does have a beach and cook out areas. This is off of 56 heading towards Smithville.
No beach but beautiful lake and access to it and yes there are places to cook out
No beaches but lotsa lake access and campgrounds have grills and picnic tables. Shelters have grills also.
There are river and lake side areas that I would call a beach depending on the tide. I do not know the rules about open fires or camp stoves.
