I work a twelve hour shift and I was looking for a waffle house of the i40 interstate. My first exit I see the rose garden. Come to find out they have breakfast. I look at the menu and I get me the big boy breakfast. It hit the spot with a breakfast like that I can go for another twelve hours. Hashbrowns were so good everything was on point delicious I demolished everything they serve and Lil bit more than what the waffle house could of offer thank you rose garden for a good cook meal.

Catfish. Moist, crispy cornmeal crust, big portion choice of 2 or 3 pieces. Don’t need to write more. But just in case you’re not a catfish kinda person- meatloaf with mashed potatoes, fried apples, corn. If you’re within 50, no, 100 miles of the Rose Garden, stop, get off the road, eat here. Try the apple pie. Unless you make your own, it’s really good. Staff is perky, patient, knowledgeable, and takes good care of you. Tip them well. Food was fresh, coffee good, clean restrooms. A gold-standard diner. Remember, CATFISH!
