I feel you. This company never answered ANY emails I sent them. They never cancelled the agreement. I had to cancel the card or was booked trip after my back investigated there fraudulent charges. They still tried to bill that card for 3 weeks after, even after it was cancelled. I would get a notification reach time. A couple of times they tried to charge it there times!! I may contact the district attorney and file a complaint. I even visited in person and they still didn't cancel it. Make up your own mind about their ethics.
It takes a month or two, or it did me, to stop them billing my credit card monthly. I didn't catch it for a couple of months. I spoke to the girl in the office to discontinue billing and she advised me to send them an email at their office to make sure they got the message. The day they got my message they billed me for another month. I left them a voice mail that they owed me a refund, which surprise, they ignored. Cannot reccomend this business for that very reason.
