Katie and Zee are the two best employees at this location. Unfortunately yesterday both of them were off work and I received the worst ever service from the employee that was there working, I've never seen him there before but as I tried to explain to him that my car wasn't washed properly he tried to say that I did not know what I was talking about. I have been a customer at this location for almost 2 years ever since they opened never had a problem with no wash until now. There was two to three different parts of the machine that was not working and I tried to explain that to him but he tried to tell me it was impossible that they were working and they wasn't, and then he just kept trying to argue with me and saying I did not know what I was talking about.

Service is fast, and efficient. Staff is kind and want to be sure you're satisfied. Finally a car wash that accurately dries, the entire car and leaves it barely wet. I feel you. This company never answered ANY emails I sent them. They never cancelled the agreement. I had to cancel the card or was booked trip after my back investigated there fraudulent charges. They still tried to bill that card for 3 weeks after, even after it was cancelled. I would get a notification reach time. A couple of times they tried to charge it there times!! I may contact the district attorney and file a complaint. I even visited in person and they still didn't cancel it. Make up your own mind about their ethics.
Yes. The Platinum plus package is $42 a month. When you first sign up they give it to you for $22 for the first month but that is a trial only. I know because I have been going there for several months, shortly after first opening.
Call the bank they will straighten it out. I go there regularly and have never had an issue
