First time customer review went on a week day for lunch got the avocado toast it wasn't the best seems as they just took the avocado mashed it on the bread with spinach, tomatoes and seeds no seasonings were added. They have parking available, indoor and outdoor seating. Didn't see alot of vegan/vegetarian options. Not sure if I will return do to very few options to choose from.

We are from out of town and found Sidekicks Cafe! Absolutely the best food! Great big servings! Try the omelette and the biscuits and gravy! It’s the best and HUGE! The staff was willing to give us tips on how to make some of their dishes. They probably couldn’t believe we didn’t know how to make sweet tea and biscuits with gravy (we’re from the NW) so they took their time sharing with us how to make them. We could seriously hang out here all day for breakfast and lunch. The menu is delicious! Definitely coming back!

Searched for local breakfast places and stumbled across SideKicks. It seems a bit diminutive and unassuming from the outside, with a covered porch that is likely nice to brunch on during the warmer months. We came in, immediately greeted with a friendly smile. Got a paper menu and took a nearby seat, to get the descriptions behind the many menu items. I ordered the omelet and my companion got the smoked ham and egg sandwich. We took a seat and didn't have to wait long before the buzzer went off, maybe 10-12 minutes. The omelet was huge! Seriously, it seemed like a football that was cut down the middle. Fluffy eggs, loads of toppings, and plenty of melted cheese. Really really good. The sandwich was great too, with the pineapple making itself known amongst the rest of the ingredients. The service was friendly, attentive, and on point. The decor was warm, cozy, and homey. The food was plentiful and very tasty. A+

Perfect spot for southern breakfast and coffee. The ambiance is low key and simple. Order at the counter and take a seat outside on the patio. I ordered the breakfast platter with eggs over easy with sausage and a biscuit with gravy. Hit the spot! The cinnamon roll was wonderful warmed up.
