Madison used to be area that I loved to visit, I'm not sure what has happened but it is not what it used to be that's for sure! The amount of trash around the building, in the parking lot, near the dumpster but definitely not in the dumpster, was unreal it was embarrassing and I was only visiting a friend. I would have gotten a refund had I paid for a room, I'm not paying for an environment where I feel unsafe. The windows had aluminum foil covering them and some windows had the curtains hanging half way on half way off, rooms were small and cramped. Not a place for kids!!

Be careful when you go to this hotel and make sure you lock the car doors. It's not a good place to bring kids.

I rented a room for $469 dollars and I went to pick up the key and the lady who was working the front desk wouldn't give it to me so I got screwed out of my money and I was outside in the cold.

The General Manager Tangie is an insult to Nashville's Hospitality Industry ! I am from Nashville , relocating back and work in hospitality myself. I was a GM, and now I work in corporate and not in operations. But if I figure out who owns this property..I will gladly apply for her position that is how terrible her service is. Go on to Woodspring Suites, Candlewood Suites,or In town Hendersonville. Room is suppose to be a premium room. Not 😂😂 this room is size of closet, 343 heads up because once you pay you can't be refunded or moved, and you pay the week upfront !! Even if your physically unable to carry your personalsto your room after having had a shoulder replacement surgery. No luggage carts. She even then refused to move me or refund my money so I could go somewhere else . Mind you I had not even used the room at all. Their was trash in the bathroom didn't belong to me dust / dirty on the blankets bed isn't a queen size either. Management a disgrace to hospitality and other than maintenance the only person you have the pleasure of dealing with. Stay away..this properties potential is hindered by the manager tangie. I will follow up to see how In town Handles my complaint !
