Outstanding customer service! Carlo made ordering a blast!! Talking about hilarious!!! He handled the crowd with ease! Had the spicy chicken, fries, onion rings, and an Oreo shake. My sister had the peach shake💓💓💓Not sure the guy who made the shakes, but awesome job! This was truly a nice late night snack! First visit but next time I am in town, first stop!

Never in my life have I experienced worst service… We were missing 2 items from our bag (not a huge deal) went to get it fixed.. the manager (pictured below) said she was beyond confident I was lying and refused to give us our food cause were “liars.”. (this is all over $2.25 😂) Moral of the story is I’d rather eat dirt than deal with this restaurant/lady again.

If you go to cookout and order a big double burger, expect just half a a patty sandwiched between 2 buns. Don’t bother asking for sauce either. You order 2 trays and they’re only gonna give you a sticky packet of ranch. No ketchup, no napkins in the bag. Evidently they have all kinds of chicken sandwiches and nuggets, but no chicken wraps it awesome. also, cookout probably has the largest milkshake selection of the entire country, but God forbid you order anything but a vanilla milkshake. They’re gonna make it vanilla regardless trust me. Take a look at my snickers milkshake below.
