***September 2021 edit** If you are strictly here for self service, such as picking up dye, makeup or hair care stuff, it's excellent. Unfortunately, if you need help selecting extensions or wigs, be prepared to go hunt down someone to help. Store is understaffed and nobody is manning the hair display section. Only 2 people in the store and both are at the front counter. **Original Review*** After being disappointed by another beauty supply store down the road, I decided to give this one a go. The customer service here is top notch-I'm always greeted when I come in, and neither feel harassed or ignored. I come here mainly for hair colour and makeup-this store has the largest stock of ethnic hair colour I've seen, so this is my go to store when I need to grab some dye for my locs. The only bad things about this store are the parking and mould situation. There is parking in front of the store and a small area next to it- both are hard to exit during busy hours, and if you park out front, you'll have to back out of the lot into Gallatin Rd traffic. Not fun. The side lot is marginally better, but visibility isn't great, especially if the front lot is full. Because of water leak issues, there is a powerful musty stench in the building from mould-If you have allergies this will certainly set them off. The carpet is water damaged and stained-too bad, because if this were fixed this could be a 5 star establishment.
