Actually I worked there for a number of years. All kinds of animals are welcome as long as they are under control, well behaved and the owner cleans up after them. This includes dogs, flying squirrels, birds and many others. The cashier usually has a treat under the counter.
I have never seen a dog in there and honestly, with the range being present and the nature of aome objects in the store being sharp, its not really the best place to bring them unless required (i.e. a service animal)
I am there at least once a week and have never seen an animal. I'm guessing that a service dog would be fine.
Service dogs surely, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
I'll say they only allow service dogs inside by rule but on a slow day they let me bring in my lab and shepherd to test out some kayaks in the back and they all seemed happy to play with them so it's kinda day by day...
