Had an appointment and when I showed up the woman asked for me to fill in an address card and write my Social Security # on a scrap piece of paper.😳 The text said to bring my ID and insurance card.! Good way for someone to steal your identity, my address, my ID, and my SS#. When questioned she mumbled it was to validate my insurance. My Primary who made the appointment could have validated my insurance information.. She said they couldn't see me without it, so I left. 🤷♀️

They dont have ratings low enough to express the way Gale and the rest of the staff treated us. They cancelled appointment when I got a text confirming 12 hours before appointment. When arrived Gale treated my wife like a piece of trash. She is horrible to work with, didnt take care in scanning and taking images. Called to try and talk with office manager and they keep me on hold, then tell me I cant stay on hold because people are calling in. No call back, just a terrible overall experience. My wife has stage 4 cancer and these scans and the care and accuracy of getting them is vital to her treatment plan. Never again coming back to such a terrible place.

This place is absolutely incompetent starting right from answering the phone to the front desk to billing to the radiologist. Lost the x ray order twice. Could not figure out how to bill bcbs. I paid cash instead and when I asked for the ICD-9 code to do my own billing for reimbursement., they had no idea what I was talking about. Needed a copy of the report and the radiologist will do it when he gets to it. Poor customer service. Will never be back. Should have just paid for the office visit at an urgent care. I would have received better care and response time.

This is the 3rd year I've tried calling and been on the phone waiting for someone, anyone, to pick up so I can make an appointment. I never have gotten a call back and had to drive up to the Park Blvd location to make my appointment. While there I noticed and mentioned to them that there were 5 people just sitting and playing on their cellphones while the phone was ringing and was left unanswered. I was told they were short-staffed and I hate being lied to. So these people need to get better staff. If I could give 0 stars and leave a rating I would as I'm seriously considering taking my medical testing somewhere else, ACUMEN maybe...?....

Gateway Radiology processes it thru you medical insurance. Price would depend on your deductible is met for the year. Your medical insurance determines the amount. You can always contact your health insurance company to find the cheapest place to go, some places are contracted prices. insurance determines If they are in network or out of network. If you do not have insurance, they can give you a self pay rate. Yes it is a high quality MRI.
It's almost possible to schedule appts via phone....I'm not sure if appts can be made online.but, you can leave messages and keep keep your place in line, but make. Sure. You are able to get that phone call, when they return your call.,!!!!
