I ordered a coffee table from this store location and the young man who helped me told me multiple times that it would be assembled by the deliverymen at my home. I have a receipt and email saying that my delivery includes assembly and removal of packages. When the table came today, the guy who delivered it showed me a small sticker on the box saying "customer assembly". I told him all I said above and he said there was nothing he could do. I called the help number from the receipt and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the only help I got was that a ticket was being made and I would get an email in 24 hours with what to do next. Now I am just stuck with this large box in my room that I guess I will be assembling myself later after work. I will not be ordering from this store again.

I have been shopping at Ashley furniture for over 10 years. a Today I received the best customer service ever. Rachael Manchester knows the products, the pricing, and availability better than anybody I have ever worked with in the last 10 years. I was very limited to the color and timing of the furniture, she met all of my needs in under an hour. A complete bedroom and kitchen set. Ashley furniture has some of the best pricing for the quality of furniture. Look no further, Rachel is the best design consultant and will exceed your expeditions

Was a happy customer when I purchased my sectional from Ashley Furniture a year ago. However after owning it for 15 months now the ottoman is garbage even after a warranty claim with a technician doing a mediocre fix. The love seat has a little Structural damage based on the way it sinks in the middle and there is a tear on the back cushion which separated part of the cushion from the back of the couch. I went directly to the store I bought the couch and spoke with customer service. When I purchased the couch I paid for a 5 year warranty. Initially if a claim is filed within a year of purchase the claim is handled in-house. After the initial ownership year is up you have to file a claim with a different company. Here I sit with couch issues of which I paid $2,000 a little over a year ago and they tell me they only cover accidental stains. So u mean to tell me I can only file a claim for stains on the couch. I completely understand normal wear and tear on furniture but I didn't realize this particular sectional was built so poorly.. Always read the fine print because the warranty I paid for is a joke. All I wanted was help to get my couch fixed or replaced.

I have to brag … If you need furniture go see Jonathan Cornell sales/interior design specialist! He made it such a pleasurable experience. Jonathan was very professional and helpful. He helped me navigate the store and was knowledgeable about the quality and make of the merchandise. Never once did I feel pressure like I have in some other nearby stores. Jonathan helped me fully furnish two complete homes . He even did further research to make sure I had the best price and made sure everything would go smoothly . The manager Robert had a wonderful personality and greeted and helped many of the customers as well ! The showroom was very clean and looked very well kept making shopping easier. My deliveries were on time and the delivery crew very professional giving us good communication before they arrived. We had so many pieces of furniture we treated them all to pizza and tipped them . From start to finish we are happy customers. Thank you Jonathan and everyone who made this a memorable experience!
