Yes there is a fee, and no it isn't worth it unless you really enjoy looking at dull, uninspiring uselessness. There is a collection of Native artifacts (some clothing, tools, a mask) but not nearly what there should be, and for some reason they have the displays so poorly lit that many of them are hard to examine. I was expecting to see exhibits that showcased a variety of Native cultures, and perhaps some showing early white settlement stuff. Instead, I was surprised and disappointed to find much of the space very poorly used, and a large portion of it dedicated to nonsense.
