Excellent whale watching tour on Resurrection Bay on May 15, 2022.. We saw orcas, humpback whales, puffins, mountain goats, seals and sea lions. The captain was an entertains and informative guide.

We did the Northwestern Fjord tour. Great captain, very knowledgeable. Saw lots of wildlife, including two fall porpoises, two humpback whales, and a pod of three orcas. The captain was buddies with an orca researcher who spotted the orcas and called the captain over. Otherwise we probably never would have seen them. Also saw a big calving of the Northwestern glacier. Just great overall, well worth the money.

DON'T participate if you have even the slightest tendency to get motion sick. I feel like this company's cancellation policy sucks, because if the weather is being difficult and you are not immune to the sea, its a MUST cancel situation. The while boat was sick....the experience was horrible. Staff was the only saving grace to the situation, they were awesome and attentive.....but they were the only reason this even got 2 stars.

Depending on which tour you book, they depart at different times. This can be anywhere from 8am to 12pm.
We have two tours with calmer waters: the Resurrection Bay Tour and the Grey Whale Watch Tour.
The Grey Whale Watch Tour is the shortest tour we offer at 4 hours and departing at 12pm.
