Hopped straight on to the bus at the cruise terminal. Great service and very informative, our driver was fantastic, gave us a running commentary on the way to Anchorage. Stopped at the animal refuge where we were able to see a lot of the animals close up. Would definitely recommend them as the best form of transportation to and from the cruise terminal.

This was an excellent service I took from the end of the cruise in Whittier to the airport in Anchorage on 6/29/2022! Five of us showed up early ready to go as recommended in the ad, but told there were 6 more to wait on. They waited until the last minute. Other than that we all got along with each other and the driver. Our driver was excellent and seemed to truly care about us having a good time. Highly recommend the ACT Big Bus!

We booked this transport, even though I typically hate narrated tours, because it seemed the most direct. However, Rick made it fun! With a wealth of knowledge and great humor, he enhanced the already beautiful drive. Chase did us well getting loaded/unloaded and driving us safely from Seward to Anchorage. I fully recommend this family business and will use them exclusively when back in the area.

Wonderful experience! We were picked up in Seward and taken to our hotel. We were treated to a lovely history lesson and fun facts about Alaska during the drive. Our driver was wonderful! We booked them on our own and saved over half what the cruise line was charging. Book them with confidence!!

I believe morning transfers are for those disembarking, heading from Whittier to Anchorage. Embarkation is in the afternoon, so those traveling to Whittier would only be later in the day. The port in Whittier is quite small, so there really wouldn't be room for everyone at the same time.
