Great idea and location BUT very bad reliability. There always will be cycles available but it's a coin toss about the condition of the cycles. The cycles will be: punctured, electric but refuse to provide the assistance it is supposed to. OR the cycles will simply refuse to unlock! We have spent literal minutes trying to unlock a cycle that we just docked (because of the 45 minute time limit on the daily pass). If they could fix the unlock issues it would really be a good value. FYI, take the daily pass. If the cycle is a dud, you will end up paying money for every cycle you need to test. Also 45 minutes will fly by before you know it..

Great ride but going up hill is like hell. But it keeps charging to your card lucky I didn’t have much money on the card. Also when we called the number no one pick up.

I have no respect for RVA Bike Share. We were in the city this weekend for the Richmond Marathon and ended up renting 2 bikes. The sign says - All day pass $6.00. We thought - that is reasonable let's do it. There was no *that directed …
