We came in from out of town, sat at the bar before our table was ready. That service was great. We sat down at our table and waited another 20 minutes before we even were greeted by our server. She passed us many times but never stopped. The food was absolutely wonderful! The server was extremely slow and passed over us quite often. By the time we had been ready to leave, I had one glass of tea..... Never refilled. My companions couldn't order their drinks either. Many people were complaining around us as well. Please train your servers better with speed and efficiency.

Loved our experience at La Parrilla. We’ve been before to other locations but this was our first time at McDonough. Skylar was our server - she was such a sweetheart and a fabulous server. Food was hot and yummy. They got those thin chips and spicy salsa - just the way I likeeeeee my chips and salsa. A tad bit on the expensive side for Mexican but the food is delicious. (Most plates are around $11-15, average being $13

Today was the first in forever where I felt as though I was not wanted in a restaurant. By a server name Mariana The customer service I received from the server was horrible. She gave tables around me and my guest superb customer service. I had to get my own Togo containers and all. But, she was with a quickness to bring my check. No refills, ask for the manager and he tried to cover up with she was busy FOOLISHNESS, when it was nowhere near busy. I was a server before and it doesn’t matter how busy or bad of a day you are having you never let it reflect when hitting the floor where guest are. EVERYONE IN THAT DINNING ROOM SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY.
