FT Leavenworth is a nice small Army post. Well maintained with great historical buildings. Easy to get to the small PX, Commissary, and hospital. Enjoy the local eateries and bars near by.

The chick that works there in the corner office is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. She doesn't listen, she yells across the building at employees, she has a huge chip on her shoulder, is VERY aggressive, and she seems to be seriously power hungry. I’ve been in there many times and when she is there the other people working are totally on edge. She makes for an unsafe work environment and should be coached, retrained, & if she can’t get it together and represent the post with excellence, her employment should be terminated. She reminds me of workers I have encountered in government offices in communist countries. Very poor form.EXTREMELY unprofessional. I also watched her throw some shade to some black guys who were trying to get a pass. Racist? Maybe so.

ID card? Are you active duty or civilian employee? Ask your direct supervisor. The visitor center can only give a pass to get on post.

No they will not allow you on base
Not sure, either way i would just try and go to the visitors center. Thats how you get on base.
Go to visitor center with government ID, name and address of person you're visiting.
You will need proof or insurance if you get pulled over on post. However, they only need proof of identity, probably your drivers license, to issue a day pass.
