Normal I would have given this pharmacy a 5 star but today I was sooo sooo upset. Two weeks ago I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and one medication was out and I was told that the Pharmacy would notify me once medicine came in. No problem, a week in half later I called on Monday to see if the medicine had came in, the gentleman apologized for me not getting notified and said yes, and I could come in that afternoon to pick it up, I told him I couldn’t pick it up until Wednesday, he said no problem. Wednesday I came through the drive through and the lady said there wasn’t any medicine for me under my name, I then explain to her about my call on Monday and she went back in again to check… she seemed a little tee-off that she had gone back and forth to check my prescription, I waited at least 20 to 30 minutes for my ID and to see if the matter was straightened out about my prescription and then she finally came back with my prescription and said because I waited two weeks the medication was placed back on the shelf, as if this was my fault for me not receiving my prescription… I told her because of the negligence of the pharmacy not notifying me and with me calling to inquired about it I found out it has been in and waiting for me to pick it up. This was no fault of mines… she acted like it was my fault that I let the medication get placed back on the shelf, I again told her this was the pharmacy mistake. She totally disregarded what I was saying and pretty much in so many words was saying get over it, you have your meds and that’s what’s count, I was so fierce I couldn’t wait to get home to write an review on how dissatisfied I was of the customer service received. She was very rude and I hope I never get her again. She was not a good representative for this pharmacy!

Although it took more than 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for a fractured tailbone (ended up going to Nextcare out the gate for a diagnosis) the staff here are generally friendly and do what they can to help despite being understaffed. At the very least we can appreciate their emphatic demneaor.

Long, tedious process for scheduling appointments and especially picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy. I've been turned away twice for vaccinations that I'd missed previously because they preferred that I shedule another checkup with shots. Doctors and nurses have been very friendly and kind. All informative and understanding but a few things could use a little reform.

I am US Navy retired, and the Munson Army Health Center staff always make me feel like I'm a 4-star General when I arrive! Outstandingly fast, prompt and courteous service that I actually look forward to getting my medical treatments here. You folks treat people RIGHT - keep up the great work.

The pharmacy call in number is 913-684-6059. All new prescriptions must be called in and allow 2 hours for pick up in the Drive-Thru. Drive-Thru pick up is open M-F 10am-4:30pm. Phone lines are open 8-4 M-F.
I would contact Munson and see if they can help you. They do have a records department at the health center.
No you would get referred out.
Yes, but best to call the general info number to determine best fax number based on what section you're trying to reach as there are multiple numbers
Yes as long as you have their ID card or a picture of it.
