3 and up is required to pay and under is free. Pricing can vary depending on the day you're there, too.
Im not sure about the baby or 18 mth old but the 4 yes. To go in, you have to wear these stretchy wrist bands which scans you through these glass doors. To go in & to leave. I would call soundwaves/hotel to double check though
