Yes, this church has an event called Treasures 'n' Treats as their Halloween celebration for kids. And in another Children's ministry event, the Happy Birthday Jesus Party, there are a few trees that people can attach donations to for families in need. As far as Santa goes, I believe they don't include him as they prefer the Nativity scene.
