They should offer a bed to you, not just wish you solution!!?!

My experience w a s that a referral would do the trick . And also the outreach workers can get you a bed.
As mentioned, your best bet is to get a case worker to refer you. Although they do accept direct applications, I never saw anyone get in that way during the year and a half that I was there.
There is a suggestion there are lots of different ways to get into this program generally you have to be physically homeless or referred to by a mental health or a case management or you could try calling everyday and showing up everyday but your best bet is to be referred to this program whether you're male or female or lgbtq. Or mental or physical disability anyone is welcome
