Depending on attorney availability, while we are open and serving members until 6:00 pm every weekday, the lines may close earlier if there are already members waiting in queue.

My clients need to get a property to lease in California. They have a small support dog with papers to show that it is a support animal. Are they able to lease a house that says no pets allowed.

When a Seller and their agent/broker have arrived at a current FMV and a Buyer makes a full price offer, by law is the Seller and their agent/broker able to go up on the price and start an open end bidding war.
