It is free rental, you can make a donation too, but they don't ask you to. You need a cosigner and the info of a 3rd person, probably so that they get the items returned, but you can renew the rental after 6 months if it needs to he extended. Apply online and they will call back to schedule an appointment. There are 4 or 5 parking spaces in the back where you park and they will bring the equipment out to you.
I picked up a transport wheelchair and there was no fee. Very good people to work with!
