For UCLA Football it is two and under. As for concerts it depends on what concert it is but a majority of them are two and under. I work for UCLA game management at the Rosebowl

Depends on the size of the event. If it's using the bowl itself, yes. But there is lots of space in the Arroyo where events are held on a much smaller scale. Those probably don't have shuttles.

Sure you can take oc public transit to los angeles from there you would take the gold line metro rail and you would get off at Memorial park. From there you would take foothill transit shuttle to the rose bowl, but they only run if there is a game or a concert going on at the rose bowl.

Yes, they were charging $40 through Ticketmaster for the BTS Concert if you bought the add-on online but $50 if you bought it the day of. The day of the concert when I was driving around the shopping strip I saw prkg lots charging as low as $15 for the whole day.

Hollywood- Burbank Airport is by far the closest airport to the stadium. As for hotels I would recommend the dusitD2 Hotel Constance or Westin Pasadena.

Yes. It is split into 4 sections with either end zone having "gray" and either sideline having "red". The "red" seating area are actual seats and designated to specific tickets/ gates. The "gray" seating is bench seating and pretty much open to all, depending the event. There is a number system even in the gray area if that helps.
