Always a good idea to call ahead, as the schedule changes seasonally. As far as I know, they are open most weekday mornings: M/W 6-11, T/Th 5-7:30, F 7-11:30. Sat 10:30-12:30, Sun 8-10. They also keep two lap lanes open during rec swim hours.
Every morning until 2 pm. Evenings Mon to Fri 6- 7:30 pm also.
