I have a family member that lives here. The apartments are always clean so are the hallways. You do have lot's of seniors having their kids or other people living with them and that makes the apartments a little rough. If you're a visitor it is real hard to find parking unless you are visiting in the mornings the parking spots are open. This place also has elevators they are clean also. Also the main yard has picnic BBQ area's with vending machines that have drinks and snacks.

My Mother is residing there and informed me that the office won't accept packages delivered from UPS/FedEx for residents. At a time when Covid is happening and Seniors are high risks? They have to rely on packages being delivered and you won't accept them? That's unacceptable and somewhat abusive to Seniors.

The worst run apartment complex I've ever experienced. New management just started, so hopefully things get better. The previous management was incompetent, uncaring about their senior community, and generally a trainwreck.

Yes there is an elevator in every other bldg. If your bldg doesn't have an elevator you ride to your floor in the other bldg and walk across the hall to your bldg.
