thank you to Sunday, a sweet, welcoming woman. she really cared about each of her customers and it showed. i told sunday of my trouble with the three women not finding my packet a couple of days earlier. it took her less than a minute to find it. my first name was in huge letters. obviously, they didn't look past it to the last name, when they told me it wasn't there and to wait a few days and "it might show up". so much for bypassing the post office for faster service with UPS . was waiting for service for quite a while and each of the three women ignored me completely. none looked my way...even though we were just a few feet from each other. i finally called out to them and got help...obviously begrudgingly. the three of them frowned at me. so, the three women's service gets less than one star and Sunday gets 10. thank you, Sunday.

Ive been going to this same ups store for a few years now and even though they have changed managers the girls that work there r fantastic all of them, from Lisa the one who says most gracious after every transaction with every customer to the newest girls. They r knowledgeable and very helpful they always make me feel welcome. To them i say thank you great job. I will always remain a customer.

Really rude customer service from the young lady with the bleached blond hair. She assumes people should know how everything from how the mailing service works but this is my second time ever mailing something with a big heavy package. She is very unprofecional, a friend of hers walks in the store and she starts cursing like she just doesn't want to be there. The shorter lady there seems to do most of the work and I give her props for keeping up the positive attitude, I'm very grateful for her, without her I would have never mailed my package.
