Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are required for dinner. Lunch is first come, first served. Been here a number of times and that's always been my experience.

I reserved online and went for dinner on a Wednesday exactly when they opened for dinner at 5:30. I believe I overheard one party get a table without reservation right around that time. At about 6pm a couple came in and were not given a table without reservation, BUT were allowed to eat at the bar area with the stools. I'm guessing the bar seats are up for grabs sometimes for people without reservations. The entire time I was there, there were two bar seats available, but the rest of the restaurant was full.
