Just google kern county assessor and click the first website. You should be good.
Well tried in the early a.m. hours and it didn't work...r u down at certain times....tried at 1 pm and you were up
I tried both assessor.co.kern.ca.us & recorderonline.co.kern.ca.us & both sites are working.
