We find stater Bros. Mkt's friendly knowledgeable the store is clean well lit meat counter fresh. Produce excellent Quality overall great.. I like Brookhurst store in Anaheim ....they are all great!!! As far as the Redhill Mkt I've shopped there all employee's above board and friendly with ALL consumers..no problem ever!!
People of all races get loud. I have been going to that Stater Bros for 18 plus years. Some people don't want to deal with other people rudeness so they ignore it. Customer service is a hard job. Nobody wants people yelling at them
Happens everywhere. It's not specific to Stater Bros
I go to that Stater Brothers 1-2 times a week and the overall customer service is good. I am sure it's just a rare incident. I have never heard her yell at anyone. Hopefully its just a once in a lifetime issue.
