Hi Angela. I'm not sure if it's based on residency location. I don't believe it is. They, are really nice there and will assist you in any way they can. They give food, no whether you give a donation or not, but if you pay $25.00, you can get the value pack, which gives more food. I usually went on Saturdays, but I think, they're there on Tuesdays as well.
