My 86 year old Mother was treated very poorly. She is diabetic has covid and is very week. She had to go to the bathroom and they did nothing for her. The nurse would not clean her and left her there. I will never recommend this place to anyone. How horrible to treat an elderly person like this. We removed her from there and brought her home.

This hospital does not have a good ER and do not recommend taking your family to this hospital. I took my son for a 5cm cut he got on his left knee during school. The staff took him in and he was treated by a PA who did a very poor job in stitching his laceration. The PA did not do internal sutures and only applied external sutures. The PA did not give my son a tetanus shot either which he should have received. This hospital is a training hospital and does not have many experience doctors. I will never take my family to this hospital again and will go to a better hospital next time. This should have been an easy treatment but they can't do that correctly and would not recommend going to this hospital.

This place should not have an ER. It is absolutely too small for the volume that they have. The rooms seem cobbled together with cheap Home Depot parts that is assuming you get a room and don't have to wait in the hallway for several hours. I will say that for the most part the intake staff and most of the nurses I interacted with were courteous and professional. That being said one nurse was horrendously rude. Ended up leaving and seeking treatment elsewhere.

This place is small but the nurses and doctors there are amazing. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and caring. I have never been to an emergency place in this area and I must say that they all know there job well. From the nurse that takes out blood to the nurses that set up your i.v. they are quick and won't miss on the needle. I love this place and how the doctors come out to the waiting area and ask each patient what was wrong and their symptoms before being seen. Some of them didn't have to wait anymore because they would do a quick check up and if they could write a prescription they would send them home
