As much as I love splurging on going to more developed and well kept courses, golf clubs like El Prado are key for the future of golf. I am teaching my 13 and 10 year old sons to play this summer and I have found this course to be an ideal location. The staff are kind and friendly and the other golfers are respectful and set a good example of golf etiquette for my sons. Butterfield Stage is the easier of the two courses, but I find both to be set up well for both those more experienced and others who want to take some risk. With fairways close to each other you will need to be patient as often errant shots are played from the adjacent fairway. This is a decent community course and I will continue to support it.

Decent spot for the buck. Allowing a group of 7 players slowed the round. Especially on a Sunday. No Course Marshall.

It is little far from DTLA but worth to make travel. Crews are friendly and courses are well maintained. I would say some courses are not easy but very interesting. We had a fun. Thank you all.
