First off, I just wanted to thank Julia for being so Awesome as a person and as a professional individual who has such a genuine heart for customers. You just don't find that everywhere nowadays. R&L Feed is a Great place when it comes to your animal needs. Nice friendly atmosphere not like your corporate company owned places that only care for profit. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is really nice and affordable. The inside is very organized, and they have almost everything you need. I was surprised because the exterior gave me a different impression. The employees are very professional, and they know what they’re doing. I recommend it over any other feed store in the inland empire. They also have the cutest dog ever. The place is worth going there just because of the dog. My only concern that was the hay, it is very pointy and it doesn’t seem to be very safe for small animals, my bunny got poked in the eye and now he has a really big infection, cost me a ton of money in vet bills. This is never happened before with any other type of hay that I buy anywhere else.

Could be a few reasons. Heritage breeds are typically more delicate to raise. Temperature or nutrition could have played a part or it just happens... I had 6 babies this year that were rare breed and all of them perished i sent in for testing 2 was from the heatstroke during our heat wave and the others who past at about 3 wk were respiratory. Really haven't thought about it as We are a mom and pop and do not have someone to run our social media or website. Prices change frequently and would be afraid of misleading someone. I will look into this in the future. But do know you can come in or call and we can go over current product and pricing and provide you that one on one personnel customer service. Yes we can order a wide variety of chickens some breeds are seasonal. Turkeys we can special order as well however they are seasonal. March-August. We do all our orders with privett hatchery in New Mexico. Please look at their breeds and let us know what you are interested in. With the qurentine we are taking breed request to pre book and be able to replenish our flocks once qurentine lifted.

most of the time they sell chick if you wish to have a specific breed they can order the chicks for you on there next order, they have a catalog that is available for different variety.
