Nice showroom, decent help up front but dam don’t try to come here in a hurry. The warehouse is super slow. Took us over 1.5 hours to get a vanity and slab of quartz. I can’t believe for a company that sells only to contractors they dont realize how much money they cost us by making us wait so long, or don’t care. First time here and definitely the last. I can see ownership being the problem, try to ask what’s taking so long and they just mumble some randomness and walk away. Plus the parriotwood cabinets are pretty cheap quality, splits in the laminate right out of the box, screw holes don’t line up. Update after response, We actually tried this place one more time. No employees acknowledged us, I walked into the warehouse to find someone, one guy says wait here, then 45 minutes later they say we are in wrong spot. So we had to get a number that was after 10 people that showed up after us. So we did try again, same problem. Never again.

The customer service at this showroom is horrendous. The staff themselves didnt know whats going on and where things are. The sale assistant in the front was rude and literally yelled at me insread of helping me out. I'm so disappointed!!

By far the best bang for the buck if you have a business account with them. Don't expect to be in and out. There's usually a wait of about 30 min for service as they're pretty busy. Grace is amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and fast. She was super patient with me when I was first starting out. I actually learned a lot from her. It's a one stop shop with a lot to choose from. Only place I shop for my kitchen remodels now.

Hi J M Garcia, Of course we care! :) We do apologize for your experience. As we are a wholesaler operating in the B2B space, we operate a little differently than your traditional retail showroom. We do not have staff on-site to give you a showroom a tour, however, our showroom is open to the public for walk-ins. We encourage the public visiting the showroom to bring their contractors with them if they want to learn more about pricing and purchasing related inquiries; but, our sales team is more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding product specifications, applications, and so on. Hopefully that clears up your confusion as to how we operate. We look forward to you visiting our showroom once again!
Masks are mandatory to enter the building & showroom. All of our staff are required to wear masks as well as any visitors. We have hand sanitizer stations spread throughout the showroom and the showroom is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day. We also have barriers set up at our sales agents desks to separate them from clients. Social distancing policies are also enforced.
Hello, we do not have our pricing displayed in our showroom nor is it available to the public. To get pricing on our products, you must have an account with us - from that point forward, any of your questions will be handled by the sales agent managing your account. This is simply because we are a wholesaler that does not directly sell to the public, instead, we work directly with other professionals and businesses such as builders and contractors.

Since we are a wholesaler, we do not sell directly to the public such as to homeowners. And more so, to create an account, you will need your business permit.
