Hi J M Garcia, Of course we care! :) We do apologize for your experience. As we are a wholesaler operating in the B2B space, we operate a little differently than your traditional retail showroom. We do not have staff on-site to give you a showroom a tour, however, our showroom is open to the public for walk-ins. We encourage the public visiting the showroom to bring their contractors with them if they want to learn more about pricing and purchasing related inquiries; but, our sales team is more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding product specifications, applications, and so on. Hopefully that clears up your confusion as to how we operate. We look forward to you visiting our showroom once again!
Hi J M Garcia, Absolutely, we care! We are sorry that your experience did not reflect this. We have been working on updating our procedures to make it easier for everyone who visits our showrooms to follow along. Since we are a wholesaler only, we do not have receptionists or any one on site to escort you. With that being said, however, our showroom is open to the public for walk-ins, so there is no appointment necessary nor do you need someone to show you around. We encourage walk-ins! When it comes to getting certain information, such as product pricing, that is where our sales staff is limited as they cannot disclose this information unless the person inquiring has an account created with us since we are a B2B.
