I’ve been to shy to ask but last year we bought two royal palm turkey poults from you and they died within a week of getting them they just dropped dead I was wondering if you guys might know why that happened ?

Could be a few reasons. Heritage breeds are typically more delicate to raise. Temperature or nutrition could have played a part or it just happens... I had 6 babies this year that were rare breed and all of them perished i sent in for testing 2 was from the heatstroke during our heat wave and the others who past at about 3 wk were respiratory.
