This place is a joke. They don’t even have masks for patients.they make you wait outside in burning hot while you fell sick. Not sure how this is still a medical facility. For gods sake don’t come to this place.

Would not recommend this office. Went in last week because I could not hear out of my left ear. I’ve had issues before with excessive earwax blocking my eardrum. I asked Dr. Shah for a referral to see a specialist but was told they could take care of it. That same visit they attempt to clean out my ear but weren’t successful and gave me ear drops and told me to come in next week. I did. On the second visit the following week they attempted again and weren’t able to clear my ear. Again I asked for a referral and Dr. Shah told me to continue with the ear drops and come in a third time. I asked for a referral but was denied. I will not be coming in for a third visit this is nonsense. I have taken two days off of work to visit and still have this issue. It would have been cheaper to pay the specialist out of pocket. I will be changing my primary care physician and filing a complaint against Dr.Shah. I do not see the point of a third visit after two failed attempts. What a waste of time.

I would not recommend this facility for Urgent Care. Took my wife this morning for inflamed foot, took xrays and have been waiting at home for over 7 hours for the xray report or to find out if she should go to ER. No paperwork given, instructions for care and have called back 3 times and still get no help. Heading to ER to get some real help and will file complaint with my insurance company.

I went in for an appointment 15 minutes early to be seen at 9am. I was not seen until 9:45 for less than 5 minutes just to be told to wait for a phone call for my results for my pregnancy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MY FAMILY MEDICAL GROUP. The staff there is unwelcoming and highly disorganized, and unprofessional. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The nurses don’t know anything. The doctors barely know how to answer any questions. So no one is on the same page at all!! Every time I call I am given a different answer regarding my pregnancy panel or placed on hold and transferred without being told who I am being transferred to. Dr Wilburn could careless about what is going on with her patients and is very dismissive about everything.
