ND is non-descript, an average looking person who blends in. No edgy or character looks. Were you booked as an nd pedestrian? Sometimes you will get details like "New York in winter" or "beachgoer." If no instructions then a neat casual or business casual outfit may be fine.
They will take up to two photos for new registrants so bring something casual to wait in line in, and something nicer you can change into for a photo. Updates with more looks can be done on Tuesday and Thursday.
