I’m giving one star for Natalie De Leon and her manager Paul Simmons for never following through on my questions and follow up information on refinancing my vehicle. I have never felt with horrible customer service. I was treated as if I do not matter and definitely do not feel valued as a long time customer. I asked Natalie who was Paul’s manager I was told it was Tony Wang I called left a message and was never called back . Get employees who want to do their jobs and be nice to people. There are tons of people looking to Work and actually perform excellent customer service.

Since moving it's now difficult to bank here. They have moved to the worst part of the Burbank! Traffic in the area is a nightmare. Theres no quick access to the ATM, as the curbs are painted red. You have to park around the block in a parking structure! I've been with Lockheed/Logix for over 20 years and will sadly be looking for a new credit union. They say they are going to open a branch in Toluca Lake. Yeah that's an even worse area for parking and traffic. Like you couldn't just leave a branch where it was and open another branch Downtown. Un happy.

Hello and thank you for your inquiry! Free parking can be found in the structure next door to Wood Ranch on E. Orange Grove Avenue. You may park in any unmarked space or a designated Logix member space. Additionally, there is an upper lot (structure entrance closest to San Fernando Blvd.) where you may park in any unmarked space on the first three levels. Thank you!

When my wife and I came in to open an checking account coming from bank of america they checked our credit to see if you owe money to any bank checkings account I believe. The reason why is because I owed a small amount to BOA because of a sitaution and it went to collection but the BOA one not the credit breua luckily but I paid the full amount so I was clear and they opened myself an accountI recommend this bank very amazing service and really low interest rates !
