Although they take people with no experience, they most likely will not take people that do not live in Los Angeles, as you usually get booked the day before work and you must be local to be available for last minute work. Go to their website FAQ section to make sure you're not making a trip out here for nothing. There's also a central casting in NY and ATL if that helps.
