When can we go update if we are already registered

You have to make a reservation online and then go at your scheduled time

Pia, even those who are already registered must make an online reservation to UPDATE effective 9/19/19. It is then your responsibility to show up at the time you are booked to UPDATE. I imagine that they may allow a short Grace Period but if you are more than a few minutes late Do Not Expect to be taken care of Right Away... If you blow the appointment, that is on YOU, not the CENTRAL CASTING staff. Timeliness is something that all BG should make a PRIORITY. The Veteran BG show up Early for everything!!! That is one of the reasons why they get booked REGULARLY..
