I don't think there is a park on Leland Ave in sf
Not a good park to many homeless people and bathrooms are dirty
Im not sure what city are asking about..but tere is one park that I know..the name is " stoneman park " and it's located on W. Leland rd. On Pittsburg ca... But I not sure if is that same park you are referring to... there is not leland ave... must be leland rd. ....
