How do I go about getting my parole office changed to a different location, when my current parole officer is unwilling to change it for me

I live in Los Angeles, where it boarders watts & compton... My parole office check in is in El Monte... There's closer parole offices in Los Angeles & Compton... I've been incarcerated for the past 13 years...I don't know how to get to and from most places...I don't have my own transportation I have to rely on others, to get me from place to place... I've brought this issue up a few times already, but he's unwilling to budge
