I was here for an emergency. I could barely walk. I was told to wait outside until I got tested for covid. I didn't even come here for a covid related symptom.. I will definitely spread the word about this experience. I have enough video needed to make sure people who are in need of a doctor do not come here. I want people to see the type of hospitals we put our faith in. First question I was asked at the door was if I had a vaccination card for covid by the security guard. Then I waited outside for 32 minutes. I saw a man run with his little daughter in his arms having a seizure and was still not being allowed In. I was glad he ran inside past the security guard. Just so you know I didn't even get seen here. They didn't even come out to see if I was still outside. Left after 42 minutes

Fairly new large facility. Well kept clean organized. Parking can be a challenge and there's a fairly long walk from the car to the facility.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to say enough how much I appreciate and am thankful to the whole Labor & Delivery Team as well as Postpartum. My wife and I stayed there from Wed to Saturday and were taken care by the most competent, attentive and knowledgeable team of nurses, doctors and midwives. The facilities are really nice but what makes this place is the people who work in there, best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital! Thank you Kaiser team, you guys are outstanding!

I do not recommend coming to the ER here. Especially if Dr. Patel is your physician. He was condescending, arrogant and did not treat us with respect. If you are looking for a place to get judged instead of treated for your health, go see DR PATEL

No Kaiser Irvine does not have urgent Care. There are outlying medical office buildings that provide urgent Care. Please check the Kaiser Permanente Orange county website for current listings of urgent care in the Orange county area.

With kaiser you usually do not have much of a choice . Wheen you want a specific doctor, they are usually not available.

Went to ER twice in one week in Feb.. Though I'm not a Kaiser member they treated me exceptionally well prompt its clean their attentive listen to your complaints overall I give them five stars. also I don't believe I was in the waiting room even longer than 90 minutes.
Yes but sometimes they have portable MRI trailors when they are down.
