Seriously???? Took you guys 3 months to cash a check?? It's been 3 months since I mailed out the check and they had never cashed it I called the number for the finance department and they said they would call me back and they never did. I checked my account today to my surprise they cash the check. Why wait 3 months to cash a check how are people supposed to keep track of their bank account that way unbelievable.

Nothing but good reviews from me! Walked in, checked in no problem, filled out paperwork before appointment. Dylan was so courteous and polite and understood my issues. Found out I could get my prescription from their pharmacy next door which made things so much easier! Staff genuinely cares about your well-being. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF BAD REVIEWS!

Wouldn't recommend if this is a place where you have a sensitive situation. I got deflected by Dr. Phuong and he seemed to just forward the staff about a sensitive situation about a family member. We asked them not to reach out to our family member, but they did. I was trying to get advice on how to get our family member to seek help, but didn't seem like there was interest in understanding the situation my family was in. They just want to set up appointment. More I read into the reviews, it looks like they're rotating through patients quickly and seem more concerned with numbers rather than the individual.

I've been going to this physicians off for approximately 7 months. I received a bill stating that I owed a large amount of money even though I have insurance and my copay was satisfied and this doctor is in network. I called the office to explain and they said they would look into it and call me back. They never called back. This is a mental health physician and they certainly don't advocate for their patients!!! I will not be able to continue seeing g this doctor because I can't trust I won't get a huge bill for an in network provider.
