6-30-2022. Do you fly the flag when open? I came to the WLA branch around 10:15 am and saw no flag, so I left. It is 2:30 pm. I just phoned twice. It rang but was not picked up. I hesitate to make the drive a second time.

They usually have flags outside when they're open. That's how I know they're open. If I don't see the flags , I keep waking.

They put the flag up sometime when i sitting outside i just walk in hours they open this is Breezy Castro
