Clean, comfortable and quiet. I like it.

I love this library! It's full of studious, serious people, they just opened caffe central inside (I tried a yummy mocha today), and it is open to the public. You can check in with the front desk person for a 2 hour computer usage code. I also love that they provide free ear plugs and that there are clean restrooms.

This is a beautiful building ,rich with culture as soon as u enter its magnificent large wooden dores your met with the front desk where behind it is a beautiful ceramic mosaic that covers the wall large high sealings .there is a kids section as well with a wooden play kitchen a small table and couch. My favorite part it is nice clean staff is friendly. around the back side there is an elevator where u can access the library if u have a wheel chair or stroller in the front there are stairs.

Seems clean and well air ventilated. If you bring your own computer, make sure your battery is charged. There's only one table with an electric outlet (by the adult literacy center).

No not yet.
No they don't. I might be wrong but I think it's only LA County libraries who do that, not LAPL.
If you mean passport form no ,U.S. passport services are provided by the post offices .
