I must commend GCFCU for their quick response to my previous review as I received a call from one of their VPs the day I posted. I had a good conversation where not only issues where addressed, but steps to providing resolutions. Thank you Mr. Kevin B for your cordial conversation and initiative to address customer concerns, as well as open mindedness to things that need to be fixed even if customers are not leaving reviews about them. As discussed just because people aren't saying anything doesn't mean things can be ignored, because all people have to do is take their business somewhere else and nothing said. All you need is that one person to make a difference in services that will keep many happy.

Went to open an account and was pleasantly surprised by the service received. The rep. (TJ) was beyond knowledgeable but also answered questions unrelated to just opening the account. The wait time for the teller service is always quick and the tellers are dolls. Highly recommend.
