I went to cameo after trying several other bridal salons and found a dress I liked but wasn’t quite sure. Ended up coming back to get it :-) Gina and crew helped with everything and the dress arrived when they said it would. Alterations were quick and affordable and they worked with me to make it look the way I wanted and didn’t give up even though I’m sure I was being a little difficult with alterations lol. Gina was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend Cameo!

I went into the store to go prom dress shopping and had a bad experience because of the woman who was helping me. Gina talked to me over the phone after and let me know personally how much it effected her to hear that I had a negative experience. The lady who was helping me was let go, and from looking at the other reviews, all of the other people are great. The customer service here is unmatched!

Cameo Bridal is amazing!! I had a fantastic time shopping there, Gina was incredible, so helpful and friendly and welcoming. She was the one who pulled my dream dress off the rack for me to try on, not me, my MOHs, or my mom. She knew exactly what I was looking for based on a very vague description from me. She was full of compliments and the best hype person I could have asked for! When the dress came in, Cameo did my alterations as well. Gina (lucky me, I got her again!) hemmed it all, took in the sides, designed the bustle, all while carrying on a friendly conversation. The seamstress (unfortunately did not catch the name) did an incredible job completing the alterations, and in a very short time period too! I got my dress back clean and beautiful and fitting perfectly. After I tried it on at home, I realized the bustle was a tad too long and that I would end up stepping on it for the dance moves we had planned for the first dance. I took it back to Cameo to see what they could do, and they raised the bustle easily, and at no additional charge! They really are wonderful. Day of my wedding, I felt gorgeous. I got MANY comments on how stunning my dress was and how it was just perfect for me. So thank you to Gina for finding my perfect dress, and thank you to all of Cameo for such a wonderful experience throughout the wedding planning process and making the dress part of everything so easy and effortless. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Cameo!
